Sorrel River Ranch Resort is a remote oasis in an otherwise rugged landscape. The 17-mile drive from Moab heightens that remoteness, as does the sight of the Fisher Towers-three 2000 foot-tall spires of red sandstone near the sagebrush-scented ranch.

Red Cliff's Adventure Lodge first hosted a Moab Music Festival concert in the 2002 season. Here, you will experience the history of the old White's ranch in the area's newest resort location, 14 miles upstream on the Colorado River. Many movies and commercials have made use of the ranch and surrounding scenery, and a museum honoring early cowboys and film heritage is located on-site.
Concert Date: Friday, September 12 at 6:00 p.m. - Dvorak and American Music
A benefit dinner with the performing musicians will follow the concert at the Red Cliffs Adventure Lodge restaurant.
The Grand County High School Auditorium features Moab's newest concert hall, providing comfortable seating and beautiful acoustics. This site with its large stage accommodates some of the Festival's grander chamber music productions.

For the first time, the Festival is presenting the Family Concert on the afternoon of Labor Day. We hope this new date allows even more families to attend this admission free and entertaining afternoon of music, featuring the Festival's world-class musicians and students from the Festival's Educational Outreach classes.
